Obituary

Dea. Anthony Lott, the husband of Connie Lott, passed away on May 11, 2018. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Young's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Douglas, Georgia. Burial will follow in the Vickers Rural Cemetery in Ambrose, Georgia.

Born: May 2, 1955 to the late Mr. Willa Lott and Mrs. Rosa Lee Lott. Proceed by Monica Lott.
Education: Graduate from Coffee High School in 1973.
Christian Life: Deacon Anthony Lott joined Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and later joined Young’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in 1984. Deacon Lott served faithfully as Sunday school Superintendent, Ushers Ministry, Kitchen Ministry, Custodian Ministry, and Deacon Ministry. Deacon Lott served faithfully as Secretary of the Douglas District Union from 2006 to present. Military: United State Army 1975-1979. Retired from Army National Guard with over 20 years.

Work: Campbell Soup and Griffin Warehouse.

Married: Joined in Holy Matrimony to Mrs. Connie Lott for Forty-two years. This union was blessed with five lovely children, five grandchildren, one great grandchild and two God daughters. Children: Anthony C. (Shabrittny) Lott of Jesup, GA., Jennifer C. (Willie) Hicks of Pooler, GA., Tonette C. (Carlos) Lott Pendleton, Jasmine L. Lott both of Warner Robins, GA., and Lakendrel S. Lott of Douglas, GA., Two God daughters: Tameeka Washington of Columbus, GA, and Shantell (Johnathan) Bell of Jacksonville, Fla. Mother: Mrs. Rosa Lee Lott of Douglas, Georgia. Siblings: Teresa (Rev. Virgil) Scott, Jeanette (Anthony) Scott, Winston Lott, Willa (Laverne) Lott Jr., Clairessa (Lonnie) Fuqua, Lovonda Mobley, Cassandra (Terry) Cook, Dianna Clemmons, Eric Lott, Serena (Jerome) Jackson, Carlo (Samantha) Lott, Terrence (Vanessa) Lott, Ronald Lott, Stacey (Amanda) Lott, Marcus Lott, Beverly (Mark) Deloach, and Tron Lott. Mother-in-law: Mrs. Lois Coleman of Douglas, Georgia. Brothers-in-law: Dea. Hollard Phillips and Daryl Lockhart. Sisters-in-law: Wanda G. (Andre) Bailey and Annie Phillips. Special Friends: Jerome Williams, Lorenzo Lane, Wendell Mosely, and Curtis Carter. Host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other sorrowing friends.
