He was born on May 29, 1931 in Bushnell, Georgia to the late Charlie Thomas Sr. and Clara Lee Thomas.
He attended school in Crisp County. He was a member of Macedonia Holiness Church under the leadership of the late Reverend Moss.
He was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Mary E. Thomas.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Mary Thomas and two daughters; Mary Wesley and Phyllis McDonald. Two sisters, Margret Van-Burren and Estella Peterson and also two granddaughters, Crystal and Itill Pruitt.
He leaves to cherish his memories: Seven daughters: Martha (Paul) Hamilton, Phyllis (Johnny) McDonald, Mary (Timmy) Wesley and Clara (Clarence) Hamilton, all of Nicholls, GA; Jonnie Mae Thomas of Austell, GA; Eunice (Willie) Nunn of Vidalia, GA and Gloria Jackson of Clermont Florida. Three brothers: Vassie Walker, Thomas Roosevelt Walker and Lenard (Linda) Styles of Sanford, FL; He had a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
