Obituary

To everything there is a season a time to every

purpose under the heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1

We do not understand the mysteries of death, but it is

the heritage of a great faith that we lay our blesssed

dead away. In this wer fing our comfort and our

strength. Quietly, the life of Mr. Daniel Martin

Bellamy came to a close on the evening of Monday,

March 2, 2026.

Mr. Daniel Bellamy was born March 27 th , 1959 to

the Late Isaiah Bellamy and Georgia Stewart Bellamy

in McRae Georgia. After the passing of Georgia

Stewart Bellamy, The Bellamy family moved to

Jacksonville Georgia. Daniel Bellamy Graduated in

1977 from Telfar High School. He received a

certificate in welding from East Central Tech. He was

a welder for 2 years and later went to the military.

After his time in the Military, he worked for Husqvarna

for 15+ years where he later retired. Daniel Bellamy

was proceeded in death by his parents Isaiah Bellamy

and Georgia Stewart Bellamy. His brother Tony

Bellamy, and his daughter Baby Bellamy. Two

grandchildren Delijah and Da’Nylah Bellamy.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His four children

Shakonda Bellamy of Douglas Ga, Nicosha Major of

Ocala Fl, Daniel Martin Bellamy Jr of Douglas Ga,

and Yadira Gainey of Douglas Ga. Three brothers

Isaiah Bellamy Jr of Jacksonville Ga, Isaiah Bellamy

Jr of Fitzgerald Ga, and Jason Bellamy of Columbus

Ga. One granddaughter Jakiyrah Bellamy of Douglas

Georgia. Two grandsons: Zorian and Zyan Sutton of

Douglas Ga. Three great grandchildren Kyler Sutton,

Tycen and McKenna Coley of Douglas Ga. Two aunts

Juanita Collins and Mary Ann Winn and Two Uncles:

Garaucs Bellamy and Donald Stewart A host of loving

nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
