A Time to Be Born: Devon Brown was born August 6,1953 in Coffee County Georgia to the late James & Francis Young,(Stepfather)-Leo Young He was the oldest brother of 7 siblings.

His family & friends know him as (Punkin). On December 2018 Devon (Punkin) Brown accepted Christ in his hospital bed at Coffee Regional Hospital with his brother Robert Brown.

A Time to Die: He was transported to Ocilla, Georgia nursing home where weeks later he took his last breath on January 6, 2019 at 6:00 a.m.

Devon leaves to cherish his memory: Two daughters Five brothers:Robert(Retha) Brown, Norwood (Sheena) Young, Charlie(Linda) Young, James Young, Richard Young and Two sisters: Loretha (Elliot) Manning, and Doretha Williams. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other caring family and friends.
