It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Edna Virginia Spencer, the wife of Mr. Thomas Spencer, of Douglas, Georgia. Mrs. Edna Virginia Spencer passed away Saturday, October 05, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband Mr. Thomas Spencer and her children; Gregory ( Lawanda) Spencer, of Roanoke, Alabama, Faith Spencer, Douglas, Georgia, Thomas Spencer Jr., Douglas, Georgia, Kevin C. (Amedia) Spencer, Gainesville, Florida. Her siblings; Doris Deleon, Douglas, Georgia, Charles (Annie Mae) Sims, Douglas, Georgia, and a host of brother in laws. A host of grands and great grands, nieces and nephews and sorrowing friends.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 13, 2024 at 2:00 pm, at The Light House, Douglas, Georgia. Pastor Tawanna Wilcox, Eulogist. Interment to follow at Douglas City Cemetery, Douglas, Georgia. Our heartfelt condolences are extended to the Spencer family during their time of bereavement.
