Mother Everlene T. Wilson was born in Bonneau, South Carolina; December 16, 1939 to the late Mr. Scotica Tyson, Sr. and Mrs. Maggie P. Johnson. She was a devoted a faithful wife to the late Mr. Lifty James Wilson, Jr forty-two years. She was also a devoted and faithful member of Oak Grove Holiness Church of God in Unity in Pearson, GA. She had multpile roles in the church as: Sunday school teacher, Minister, Head of HYPU program, choir member, and Mother of the church, until she was no longer able to physically attend. She was employed at Golden Poultry for twenty-five years until her retirement with the company. Four sisters preceded her in death: Ms. Elizabeth Tyson, Ms. Sylvia Mitchell, Ms. Dorothy Tillman, and Ms.Janie Wilkes. One brother preceded her in death: Mr. Scotia Tyson, Jr. Four children preceded her in death: Mr. Harvey Wilson, Mr. Carey Wilson, Mr. James Wilson, and Ms. Annette Favors.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: three sons Mr. Ronnie Wilson and Mr. Russell Wilson both of Pearson, GA; Mr. Carroll (Cathy) Wilson of Waycross, GA; one daughter Mrs. Twyla (Carlos) Wilson-McDuffie of Douglas, GA. Four brothers Mr. Joseph Tyson, Mr. Issac (Sandra) Tillman of Pearson, GA; Mr. George Tillman of Valdosta, GA; and Mr. Donald Tillman of Douglas, GA. One sister Ms. Barbara Tucker of Douglas, GA. Two brother-in-laws Mr. Shellie Thomas of Pearson, GA and Mr. Joe Louis (Janice) Alpoka, Fla. Her many grandchildren: Three granddaughters:Caressieauna, Brittany, and Harmony; Seven grandsons: Dreshawn, Carey, Tyrian, James, Leo, Brandon, and Donnell. A host of great grands and sorrowing friends. A special niece Mrs. Beth Butler and special family friends Deacon James and Elder Verene Johnson all of Pearson, GA.
