Jeanette Smith was born January 24, 1951 in Irwin County to the late Johnnie B. Wilson and the late Zella Mae Wilson. Jeanette attended Irwin County High School. She was a member of New Beulah Baptist Church. Jeanette departed this life on Sunday, January 4, 2015.
She was preceded in death by: One brother, James (Sambo) Wilson and Two sisters Essie Lee Wilson and Annette Wilson.
She leaves to cherish her memory: Five children: Pamela (Harold) Campbell, Fredrick L. Smith, Daniel (Katisha) Smith, Alexander T. Smith, Diane (the late Norman) Stafford all of Douglas, GA; Four brothers: H.B. (Beulah) Wilson of Douglas, GA; John Wilson, Arthur Wilson and Charlie Wilson all of Wray, GA; Five sisters: Othel Hodge, Lillie Mae Wilson, Willie Rene Wilson and Ella Wilson all of Wray, GA; and Alberta (Garfield) Green of Mystic, GA; Seventeen grandchildren: Shannon Thomas(raised as her own), Alexander McCrae, Fredrick Smith Jr., Alexsandria Smith, Kim Snellings, Fredricus L. Smith, Wanya Smith, Kevon Studstill, Jaharold Campbell, Takavious Stafford, Davarien Stafford, Trinitee Smith, Angle Smith, Anderson Evans, Jamriýon Smith, Zae Moore, Akera Smith. Six great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
