It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Mary Alice Curry Rush. Mrs. Mary Alice Curry Rush passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024. The daughter of the late Mr. Harry Curry, and Ms. Maggie Jackson. Mrs. Mary Alice Curry Rush was married to the late Mr. Weldon Rush Sr.
She is survived by her loving children, Milton Rush of Tallahassee, Florida, Catherine Miller, the late Weldon Rush Jr. (Gloria Rush), Annie Rush Lott, Alvin Rush, Leon Rush, Connie Graves, all of Douglas, Georgia. A sister, Reatha Williams, of Douglas, Georgia, a god daughter, Lillian Coffee of Willacoochee, Georgia, a host of grands, great grands, nieces, nephews, and sorrowing friends.
Memorial services will be held, Saturday, November 09, 2024 at 11:00 am, at House of Deliverance, Willacoochee, Georgia. The Eulogist Pastor Harvey Williams Jr.. Our heartfelt condolences are extended to the Curry and Rush families during their time of bereavement.
