Michael W. Holliman was preceded in death by both of his parents, Roscoe Holliman, Sr., Geneva Riley Holliman. And his baby sister Pamela R. Simpson,
Michael W. Holliman was born on March 9, 1962 in Broxton, Georgia where he was also raised. In 1971, he joined Broxton Deliverance Center, where he served faithfully until he graduated from Broxton High School. He then furthered his education at Fort Valley State College upon completion of his studies, Michael moved to Fayetteville, North Carolina where he became employed at Fort Bragg Army Base. After working there for approximately two years, Michael joined the Air Force and served his country from 1984 to 1992. While serving in the Air Force Michael attended the Community College of Airforce so obtain his license to become a airplane mechanic.
After leaving the Air Force in 1992, Michael became employed with North West Airline and Boeing where he was still employed when he passed away suddenly. Michael was an amazing person who loved everyone and did not meet any strangers. To some of his friends he was known as Dollar Bill and to other he was called Big Love, they called him that because he had the biggest heart ever. He gave to all that was in need even when he became ill.
Michael departed this life on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 after an extended illness. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife Johnetta C. Holliman.
