Mr. Rueben Duncan, the son of Ruben Woodbury and Shellie Duncan Woodbury, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Nicholls Elementary School Gymnasium in Nicholls, Georgia. Burial will follow at the Nicholls City Cemetery in Nicholls, Georgia.
