Mr. Thaddeus Adam Spencer was born to the late Frank Spencer and Georgia Bell Jones on April 16, 1953 in Thomas County, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Adella Coleman, father, Wilbert Jones, four sisters, Convonia Jones, Christell Horton, Mercedes Munford and Gloria Thompson. Two brothers, Willie D. Jones and Henry Jones.
Thaddeaus was joined in Holy matrimony to Gloria J. Johnson Spencer on June 21, 1975.
He was a 1971 High School graduate of Atkinson County High School in Pearson, Georgia. He served nine years in the United States Army, 1972-1981. He was employed as a Truck Driver with Pilgrims Pride for sixteen years before his retiring.
He was a member of Union Holiness House of Deliverance where he served faithfully until his illness.
He leaves to mourn: his loving wife for forty-one years, Gloria J. Spencer of Willacoochee, GA. Children: Jabbar (Purtina) Spencer of Willacoochee, GA., Shadrick (Tanisha) Spencer of Douglas, GA., and Sharaar Spencer of Willacoochee, GA. Friend, Tereon Williams of Pearson, GA. Sharina Dalton of Douglas, GA. One sister, Helen Jones of Willacoochee, GA., Five brothers, Thomas (Edna) Spencer of Douglas, GA, Eddie (Louise) Jones and Timothy Jones of Willacoochee, GA., Leroy Jones (Winnifred Wooten) of Willacoochee, GA., Willie B. (Jennifer) Jones of Killen, TX. Seven sisters-in-law, Four brothers-in-law, Grandchildren: LaDarien T. Spencer, Ashanti N. Spencer, India T. Spencer, Imani Spencer, D’Carlo Calloway, Shadrick Spencer Jr., Shaquavion Spencer, Tajahri Spencer, and Miracle Bell. One great-grandson, Kayden Spencer, Three God-daughters. Special friends, Alfred McIver, Jackson Williams and Pastor Harvey Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews and sorrowing friends.

Visitation will be 2:00pm - 3:30 pm Friday August 19, 2016 at the McIver's Funeral Inc. Memorial service will be 12 noon Saturday, August 20,2016 at Union Holiness House of Deliverance, 236 Old Florida Rd., Willacoochee, Georgia.
